If you live in the UK your replacement Zip Oyster photocard will be sent to your home address. If you lived outside the UK when you applied but you now live in the UK, you can update your address as part of the application process and we will send you replacement photocard to your home address.
Can I pick up Zipcar late?
The Member will be billed for the full amount of the reservation time period, even if the vehicle is returned early. Should a vehicle be returned late, the reserving Member will be responsible for late fees as described in the Fee Policy.

Can you do Zipcar one way?

There is no grace period for returning a reservation. You must return the Zipcar by the end time you have scheduled or you will be subject to a late fee.

Zipcar is a roundtrip service. Your Zipcar should always be returned to the home location the vehicle belongs to (this is where you picked the vehicle up from unless otherwise advised) at the end of your trip.
